He has led enterprise safety initiatives across multi-site organizations, supporting FMCSA/DOT compliance, OSHA and shop safety programs, driver qualification systems, incident investigations, and defensible documentation structured for real-world execution.
Scott is an honorably discharged United States Air Force veteran and a certified firearms instructor. His leadership philosophy is consistent across disciplines: safety is not reactive — it is structured, trained, measured, and led.
